Xiaomi has officially announced that it will launch the Redmi Note 3 in India on March 3. The event will take place at the Talkatora Stadium in New Delhi. The company made the announcement via its forum post where the company also asked fans to register for the event.

The company stated, “Mi cares fans as friends and is well aware that every one of you has been asking about the launch date. We heard you. The wait is over. Mi is coming to India on March 3rd with the beast you guys desire. Yes, it is the launch for Redmi Note 3".

So as the launch date is near let's see what we know about Redmi note 3.It is already released in china in january as Redmi note 3 pro as there is also a Mediatech varient that is launched in november last year.Xiaomi has started explorer program where 100 Indians are selected and they got the chance to experience the phone and complete the missoin's given as a part of this program.The program ended yesterday and it's all set to launch the device. 

This is the first device from Xiaomi to be a full metal unibody and a finger print sensor. There are 3 color variants for this device they are DARK GREY, SILVER, CHAMPAGNE GOLD. I myself find Dark Grey attractive as I am not a big fan of gold, now let's see the specs.

As this device comes with SD650 coupled with adreno 510 Gpu in Antutu 6.0.4. it gave  a healthy score of  76k with a 3D score of 19k. It also beats Snapdragon 810.
